長年、書を学びその奥深さを認識し、また最近では、この奥深さを逆手に取って自己の表現欲求を満たそうと努めています。
また、60年近く、書道に精進し、偉大な師から学んだ技術や知識の他、人と人の縁を繋ぐ『書縁』という書の素晴らしさを世界に広げたく、作家活動を続けています。
業績としては、国内外で個展・グループ展が5回（2009、2011、2013、2015年に京都で、2017年にポーランド国ポズナニ市で）を開催または参加し、他に依頼により市民運動の新聞の題字なども制作。
筆を持つ腕の動きは『宙を舞うようだ』とか『水の上を流れるようだ』と喩えられ、しばしば『個性的』と評される作風を存分に活かし、精進を続けています。
I was fortunate to have had a great calligraphy master as teacher, which encouraged me to continue practicing for almost sixty years. I would like to spread this amazing culture and art to the whole world.
